IEW Intro to Public Speaking

Through 12 weeks of engaging lesson plans, middle- and high-school students learn memory and delivery techniques through IEW’s Intro to Public Speaking course.

Students write and present five speeches: self-introductory, narrative, expository, persuasive, and impromptu. They also evaluate recorded speeches in preparation for self-evaluation. This comprehensive program empowers teachers to help students become competent and confident public speakers.
