How Many Students Can I Have?

Wondering if you can use a single subscription for more than one student? Happily, the answer is YES! See below for more information.

Homeschool Planet Subscriptions

Homeschool Planet is licensed for single-family use. This means that one subscription provides access for your entire *household, each with their own unique schedule.

We know that several homeschooling families offer classes to other students and would like to add them to their account. If you are adding students, but not entire families, you should be good. For example, if you have five students in your class, you can add them to your account with view access but not with editing access and you cannot add parent logins.

One of our staff members teaches classes at her Co-op and, to avoid copyright infringement, she requires each student in her class to have a family subscription. They then log into her account for their class assignments from her.

Please note that this information is for the planner itself. Purchased lesson plans are never shareable with members outside your own family.

*By “household” we mean a person or persons sharing the same single family housing unit such as a home, apartment, mobile home or condominium. This license does not extend to students who reside at a separate on-campus location or to business or commercial users.
