Foundations is a complete Language Arts curriculum based on the science of reading, or, the “logic of English!” This series, beginning with level A and ending with level D, not only enables you to teach your student to read using the “Five Essential Skills of Reading,” but includes other aspects of instruction in Language Arts as well to form a complete program! Essentials is a complete Language Arts course that teaches how English spelling works. Students will be taught the science of reading, or, the “logic of English!” The main concepts covered include phonograms, spelling rules, grammar, vocabulary. There are add-on components incorporated as well within the curriculum for handwriting, comprehension, and composition instruction.
