THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (”License Agreement”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT between you (either an individual or an entity) and iPurchasePower, Inc. By clicking on the “Agree” button or installing, using or benefiting from the Homeschool Planet software (the “Software”), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, do not click on the “Agree” button and you may not access or otherwise use or benefit from the Software in any manner.
